The Microbiome Ethos

Every individual has their own unique microbiome that consists of a collection of micro-organisms that live within the gut (colon). Scientific research suggests our dietary intake has a profound impact on these organisms which affects our overall health.

Most of us live with an imbalanced microbiome and exhibit symptoms such as:

  • Difficulty losing or gaining weight

  • Allergies to foods

  • Skin reactions or rashes

  • Asthma

  • Mental Illness (e.g., Anxiety, Depression, etc.)

  • Digestive Issues (e.g., bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, and/or poor digestion)

  • Fatigue

  • Inflammation or joint pain

  • Medical Conditions (e.g., Diabetes, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, etc.)
